We are located on the ground floor. There is no cable service offered at this airbnb. All our tv's have smart enabled streaming capability and all guests must log in to their own account. No cable service. We offer a 1 time departure clean during your stay. Requests for in between stay cleaning can be accommodated if given enough notice for a fee. Maximum 3 person occupancy only. No pets or smoking allowed. We require a $500 refundable security deposit for stays longer than 21 days, due within 3 days of confirmed booking. We will be sending a request through the airbnb app. Pool and fitness room access is subject to availability. We do not have control of operation hours of community amenities.
